Improving Flexibility, Stamina & learning to defend yourself was never more fun than through the art of Taekwon-Do. Classes are one hour thirty minutes & include the following:

 

  • Stretching

  • Patterns

  • Sparring

  • Fitness Training

  • Endurance training

 

All sparring is done with sparring gear & training is conducted on specialised Taekwon-Do mats ensuring safety. We offer two complimentary classes for you to experience Taekwon-Do.
